^ used that for the cartilage on the top of my ear a few times. (was young, dumb)

imo if you are getting any kind of body mod... like with everything else.. you get what you pay for. its worth a little extra scrilla to get the job done right.

hot holes on granvile did mine when I had it. They were really cheap. It was the most fun piercing that I got. It just kinda pops through. Next is pricy but the most professional.

Eyebrow piercings are still creating an open wound, so yes, they can go wrong. There's essentially an industry standard for the cost of piercings, though it can differ due to variables such as the cost of jewelry, so basically what you're looking for isn't a price.

You're looking at the cleanliness of the room, you're looking for cleanliness of the artist, you're looking for how he treats his equipment and how he handles his gloves (does he touch the outside of the glove with his bare hands?).

You're even looking at the piercings of the other people in the shop because there's a chance he had something to do with some of them.

A really good way to assess a shop is by using its washroom.

Love him. Hes done the sex show for the last 3 years ive gone (he has the RV with the guys doing the tattoos and stuff) and he is amazing.

Ive visited his shop in Surrey when friends of mine have gotten work done and I have been nothing but impressed.

Well worth the drive IMO. He has a great rep in the industry.

that's right. i totally remember the last time someone i know got their nose pierced out of tradition. while i might believe that you may have done it for this reason, most people get them cause they think it will look good or cool.

i used to have 12 or so piercings. they came out cause the minute i turned 20 because i felt ridiculous.

The same criticism could be said for those who go out on the weekends and dance even though they're not doing it for it's traditional purpose: worship.

Doesn't make it ridiculous. Just because the intentions have changed doesn't mean it's any different. We still dance to celebrate life.

i think dance is a poor comparison...people dont dance to look cool or good. i get that piercing, dancing, tattoos, drawings are all forms of expression. but lets face it, some of these forms of expression have lost sight of what it is really about.

i am sorry, to me piercings are just as cool as lower back celtic tattoos. and when someone comes onto a forum, and asks a group of strangers if he should get it done (while drunk no less), then he isnt doing it for freedom of expression, he is doing it to look cool.

Know that with any surface piercing, they are prone to reject.
