only way i think it's justified is if you travel internationally all the time and live out of a carry on.

I cant believe how many ppl are sugesting Macs right now. What happened to the PC love?
Anyways I envy the people who have the 13inch Mac lap tops in school, and would highly recommend it as its very it is made by mac and is very small and light which has become a pain with my 15ich. Especially for those who are not computer geeks, Mac is simple, the short keys make things quicker, and I dont think I have had any major techy problems at all with my mac. The only problem you may have is finding stuff to dl like Microsoft Office. Also DONT GET A REFURBISHED COMPUTER. Again unless your a computer geek and can usually figure out tech problems on your own or get help from your good buddies 24/7, you will probably face problems in the long run and the warranty is usually not as good.
