You talked out of your ass, I pointed it out. Stating that "a lot of problems with the US economy" are because of the Democrats bill ten years ago is like saying the reason that JFK was shot was because the Chinese invented gunpowder.

It's a stretch to say the least, especially when you say they "forced" when it's more correct to say "encouraged". The bill made it so first time buyers could qualify.

if by encouraged you mean threats of capping growth if the lending groups didn't comply. The lending groups are also to blame for running rampant with the idea after it was forced upon them. Greed and short sightedness. The corporations deserve to go bankrupt for their poor decisions.

Everyone is to blame for this fiasco. Basically I was pointing out the Democrats have their fair share of the blame. Not all of it by any means, but they started the cycle, got the ball rolling so to speak, everyone else ran with it.

Basically if/when(likely) Obama is elected, we can prepare for our economy to get raped up the @$$ twice as hard as when Bill was in power.

The only way that developing countries can get out of their detrimental position today is if they are relieved of world debt, and the infrastructure is implemented so that they can be self sufficient rather than DEPENDING on other countries. Although many countries benefit greatly through trade,many others suffer and I'm sure his renegotiation plans aren't so much trying to take away all free trade but rather make it so that those countries that are on the unfortunate side of that trade can gain some more equality

Perhaps unions aren't always the best thing, however they are a lot better than corporations owning just about everything. Obama wants more public ownership and less privatization..I really don't see how that's a bad thing for the majority of american citizens.
