dipshits, you pay the fee as a tax for polluting the enviroment. I drive everywhere and havent taken a bus in years but I am glad to pay the fee, its the cost of my own selfish ignorance and as time goes on it will change opinions. You have to start somewhere. I am one person that could easily complain, I live in maple ridge and go to school in abbotsford, so the bus isnt even an option. Still great.
