Travelling on a Budget:
So I'm trying to plan some upcoming international (non-us) trips to take spontaneously on my days off and I'm just wondering, from your experiences, where are the best places to travel when travelling on a limited budget. I work in the airline industry, so my major cost will be accomodations, and would love to go somewhere exciting where I can get by on a limited budget.
Any suggestions would be great. P.S. Anyone ever been to Myanmar? |

Cuba
accommodation- $25-35 homestay, hotels $$ food- $1-10 per meal (dinner often included in homestay) travel- max $55-60 (perhaps a bit more) to get from one end of the island to the other culture, climate, historical marination- nada. I highly recommend you look into spending some time exploring Cuba Yoko, it is on the top of my list of places to return to. plus it is only 6 hours from toronto. I only saw Burmese border towns so I can't help you there. |
