The Sedin twins are playing superb and finally there cycling skills our putting up some numbers.
The Rangers game, Vancouver played poorly and the Rangers deserved to win. Vancouver should have had the 2 points in Long Island, but 1 is better than 2. A 2 goal lead should be enough for the Canucks to win, especially agains't the Isle. Great play by Mike Peca and Adrian Acoin though. Speaking of these ex-Canucks doing really well. Scott Walker is Nashville's leading scorer. I prepare you now, a trade is imminent. The question is when and whom for. Cloutier is NOT getting traded, no matter what anyone says. I suspect that Vancouver will look for someone to support the Sedin's on the 2nd line. Someone who's a proven scorer. However, Brian Burke has stated that he won't spend a lot of money for a rent-a-player. `t1m PS - Mattias Ohulund (sp?) should be in the all-star game. Pascal Dupri suxs, and the only reason he's there is becuz the all-star game is in his Minnesota. |

ZHAMNOV=UNDER ACHIEVING RUSSIAN.
i'd rather see bondra in a canucks uni. hell it's obvious washington doesn't mind gettin ripped off, so i'm 90% sure we could send'm jarko + draft pick. and let's face it, if whoever we trade becomes a superstar, i'd rather see him in washington than chicago. besides bondra is a pure sniper, which would go crazy good with the twins. umberger won't get traded, because burke refuses to move him. or else that little bastard gets his way. however it'd be nice to see them move him so we just don't lose our pick. but burke is way to stubborn for that. |

I agree with u dude. The nucks arent in the rebuilding stage. Where they probly wouldnt move a young player like Ruutu, King,Umberger etc. They would likely move one of these plus a draft pick to get Bondra or someone like that. I mean fuck the point is to win the Cup right? They are strong contenders this year so to have a better chance at gettin to the cup, moving the likes of those players to deepen the scoring would make more sense. Instead of relying on the young players to score when we all know its kind of difficult for them to do so. King was spectaculer in November but where is he now? Going down to the minors then coming up and having no effect scoring wise. I say wait and see what Burke does till the deadline. Guaranteed he'll make a move for a scorer. :c-tard:

Good point. What gets it down in the playoffs most of the time is experienced VETERANS!! like peter bondra... Look at Anaheim last year before the playoffs they aquire Adam Oates, Peter Sykora, Sandis Ozlinsh (spelling?) Imagine if we had adam oates man.. it would be amazing but to be realistic prob won't happen haha |

YA we went nuts so what if we lost the last 2 we got 7 out of 10 points thats a n ice road trip to me...
Not to mention the sedins combined have i think 42 points and bertuzzi and naslund together has 43 only a point more in 21 games thats dope.!! one th ing i will note though is Naslund already has 583 or something points, i wonder how many he will retire with if he plays more instead of retiring early l ike predicted |
