imo just an example of how over priced the market is for d-men

tom poti for 2.75 on a 1 year contract to the isles. this guy stank it up last year. he should be getting 2 million max.

he was benched more then a few times on a high scoring ranger team. this guy's supposed to thrive in that environment and he licked.

i wouldn`t give poti more than 1.5 mill... even then that`s a bit inflated

I still think that the Canucks are not an exciting team to watch but like an early to mid 90's New Jersey they are built to win close games in the play offs.
