I think all the time and effort put into this show to have it not go off is a way bigger loss then the 15 or 20 bucks you all payed for your tix.

look at it this way, would you rather have spent the money on a ticket, go to the party, wait in line, get searched, say hi to your friends to have the cops storm in, then while your intoxicated wait out in the parking lot for 3 hours until your buzz wears off so you can go home?
Or, would you rather see a party not happen at all, say okay, it was a $20 risk, I knew it was an underground party and these things happen, move on, and look forward to the makeup party. Tough titties. If you cant afford your ticket, think about it as going out for dinner and spending that $20 on a couple beers and a fucking pizza. 2 hours later your hungry again. Oh - and by the way, mad respect to AGRO Dave. And this is another good reason why you should go to independent ticket holders - most of the time you can get your money back from them. I was right bummed out the party didint happen, but I'm not going to cry like a bitch about it.

venita and i drove past the venue that it was suppose to be in around 3am and they closed the block off with like 3 firetrucks and like 2 ambulance..... so my predictions was that if the party did pull through it woulda been shut down really early. so at least u guys got to make alternate plans or even attended the "private" tribeca party. im sure money did try his best to compensate, as it is hard to find a replacement venue. things like this happen..suck it up and dont be grumpy about it.
hmmm but it does make me think this would be such an easy scam to quickly get some money in the pocket.. lets hope we wont get scandalous promoters who will pull a trick like that..that would be disgustingly wrong. Last edited by bebu*funfun; Sep 20, 04 at 12:34 PM.

I told "buddy" to shut up for 2 reasons, 1 i think this funktron person is an IDIOT.
