what the, how can the sound at bc place pop your ear drums? that's hilarious. they've had concert rigs in there before without fear of mass ear drum poppage. you just need to spread the speakers into the party. like.. have multiple speaker stages place into the crowd to spread out the sound. then, you can turn down the volume and still be rockin. i dunno. i'm drunk and stoned. but i think i'm right.

Wow...I rarely post here but here goes anyways :) ....Let's start with Twisted....I have almost been to almost every spooky.....every twisted 2000, 01, out of country....03....and even to almost every simple (for those that remember....when simple was at plaza and got a long recess in between ;) , now that was back in the day).... I think that twisted has just matured to its supporters...as twisted fans get more mature and older....so does twisted (so they can keep their loyal fans happy...) hence more club events....with now coming solid...I dun think that anybody doubts that they throw awsome awsome parties :D:.....but they cater to the new crowd, hence the harder sound at solid parties..... and more massives.....both do a good job....but cater to differnet crowds right as of now......it all comes down to what kind of style you like.....Solid style....which tends to be on the harder side....or twisted...more of the ASOT trance style (yes they bring marco v....but marco v isn't as hard as he used to be....or atleast that I can remember... :) )
In my own opinion this twisted vs solid thing should end....if there was only one...and not the other.....we would not have such a diverse tatent always coming to rock van....

Alot of twisted's club events are dope. They got lots of good talent comin in and thus far ive been enjoying them much more than any massive ive been to.. so more intimate and such good sound.. only dissapointment i must state is.. it's 40 dollars for tickets and i try to get out to these as much as possible and it's just raping my wallet apart. Ill still support but hopefully something can be done to somewhat lower the 40 plus service fee charge.. .damn.

It's really very simple...........Both promoters bring thier own style and flair to their events and the audiences get to enjoy these differences from party to party. I encourage a healthy level of competition between companies as it's good for the audience in the end but when this competative nature basically turns into school yard poking and naming calling it's darn right stupid. I think between Solid and Twisted the rave scene has the possabilities of becomming a force to be wreckoned with once more. Twited 05 will be a party for everyone to attend who has a remote interest in the rave scene because it's the staple showcase. With the creative team over at Twisted a special night is sure to develop through talent and overall production. I can't honestly say that I have been to a bad Twisted event. Some have been better than others but what I find the most interesting is thier willingness to listen to the audiences and to make changes to ensure as much enjoyment is had by all. That kind of loyalty to your audience is hard to come by in this day and age. Twisted I'm sure will hit a home run with Twisted 05 this year. Cheers and props to all who take on the occasional thank less task of promoting great events.

Keep in mind we are all mostly at the same event to have a good time, and enjoy some music, and if you arent going to do either of those, then I dont know why you are attending these parties. Is it just me or does anyone else find some people to be extremely rude and ignorant at parties, and yet sometimes you talk with some of the nicest people and get to know a lot of great people. cheers.

My opinion: The Plaza was the perfect rave venue and I don't think anyone disagrees.. It was fucking dope, with the main room where u could see outside, the theatre room for chilling and the other room was also good. And the escalator was dope, too. The PNE also cool, especially because solid threw very good events with a lot of great talent and dope visuals. But I completely agree with kraig that it was raped and the 3rd room is a joke. I would have never got tired of the plaza venue. But I think I would have of the Coliseum. And I dont understand why you want the massived always as big as possible. 5000 people is the limit in my opinion for an all night indoor show. I was at TE and fuck, I stayed most of the time in the hard stage because the main room was soo fucking crowded, I couldnt see the dj when I was standing at the back of the room. It just never ended. And it took me forever getting to the front. I had to push ppl and shit, and it wasnt fun at all. I just did it cause I wanted to see Yoji. I am sure Kraig and Twisted will find a good venue for twisted 05 and even if it on the island and has a capacity of less than 5000 ppl ( may be only 1500.) It will still be a wicked show and you will meet more people and have more fun. At those big massives, it is hard to find peeps u know and u get lost easily... Well, hope ya all are gonna have a good time!!
