I used to have a lot more of a grip on pratityasumupada. I learnt a lot about it through Thich Nhat Hanh's writings.

I've only read half of it. I lost my copy somewhere. The Heart of the Buddha's Teachings is a must-have for anyone interested in Buddhist philosophy and practice.

turn off any excess noise, sit in a comfortable position, and just start paying attention to your body.
If you're hungry, eat. Thirsty, drink. Restless, walk. anything like that. Eventually your mind will peel away the layers and you'll discover what's really bugging you. You don't need to use yoga, but it is an effective way of doing just that. |
