Breaking up with a long term boyfriend

okay so deciding whether to break up with a long term bf is a very hard choice, expecially cuz i love him to death. but i just dont feel he loves me the same. :s it used to be great... now hes not even flirty around me and he just tells me what to do.. never pays for anything.. (not that its a bad thing but its nice once in a while) sex is always the same... i just dont know what to do. i tell him if he doesnt want me then he should break up with me.. but hes always no no i love you:s soooo f-ing confusing
