i'm sorry but i feel like slapping this girl
the child, as in the baby that hasn't been born yet, could possibley come out with health issues on top of it all... then what is your friend going to do?
i thought girls this niave were only a myth..
make the effort to travel to go and drag her ass to a counciler.. fucking take her to maury povich or some shit.. i remember watching that show and all the young girls were all taken to boot camp where they each had to take care of a baby for a day... by the end of it they didn't want to have a baby anymore..
be totally totally harsh with this girl and tell her that her baby will hate her or something but do something quickly before it's too late for her to make a decision


and yes, you can get full coverage.. i got it when i was living on my own.. just go to a doctor and tell them that you can't afford it and they will send a letter of recommendation to the government for support... i got %100

..maybe let the father know? id on't know if he will care or not, but it's worth a shot... maybe her "boyfriend" will get the ass kicking he deserves... talk with the dad and see if he will talk some sense into her..


i can't even believe this.. maybe try talking to the boyfriend? maybe he can make her realize some things?
or try writing out a pro/neg list for her and read it over with her..

wow 16, and 23. Did her parents not care that he was that much older then her?, my dad would have killed me if I was 16 trying to date a 23 year old guy, he doesn't like the fact that my bf's 21 and Im almost 18. Back to the topic at hand here, I dont think she deserves to have this child, she's smoking. not going ot the doctor to get the proper shit she needs. She need to think about all the people who are married and want to have kid's but cant. Then she should wake up and realize that love( if it's even love and the bf stays around) will not raise her baby, they need so much. I never used to support the thought of a teenager having a baby untill one of my really close firends got pregnant herself, she worked untill the baby was born, her and her boyfriend saved all there money and now they have a beautiiful 8 month old daughter, that love didn't help raise. She need to think about what it'll be like the day she has the baby and has someone who's totaly dependant on her. Then think if she'll be able to handle that. Which it doesn't seem she will.
