One time I introduced myself to someone, and their response was "Oh, from Robyn and Pat?" That's when I knew it had end.

Sorry I guess what I was getting at is 2 years really isn't all that much experience... I didn't word my post very well. Quite frankly though age has alot to do with things weather you like it or not. There are just some things that the majority of 18 year olds aren't mature enough to handle, simple as that. Having 6 months here and 1 year there of experience at different places just shows that your not looking for a career but just a stepping stone and doesn't show commitment. But I'm talking more from a tech industry perspective more than anything really so it most likely doesn't apply to her situation, hence why I suggested continuing on with school.

I totally understand that there are mature young people out there, probably alot that are more mature than me even. The key to distinguishing yourself though is to be able to show that you can stay commited to a certain task for a length of time. Thats hard when your 18.

hey peeps... wanna know what a J.O.B. stands for?

JOB = "just over broke" or "journey of the broke"

go read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and it will change the way you think about money forever. The best thing you can do instead of getting a J.O.B.

and the funny thing is... 95% of u will ignore this, but I guarantee that the 5% who do take this advice into account... will have a much higher chance to prosper forever.

it's the L.O.A. man. tell enough people about the book and sooner or later someone will pick it up.
