Pendulum LIVE!
I'm not sure if this has been posted before but if so... AH WELL!
A couple clips on youtube of Pendulum playing a live set at Fabric back in June. Just from the energy in there.... unbelievable. They'd be shitloads better live than just a DJ set for sure! Intro & Slam Fasten Your Seatbelts |

This clip here is New Years in Perth... sound is shit but look at that crowd! 4500+ people!
What I wouldn't have done to be at that show.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLQSh7xK0NI |

You are always the biggest downer man... hahaha
That fight sucked, these guys are cheesy, that wasn't the best album.... seems to me like somebody might be too nit-picky! |

nah, i'm just old and cynical - honestly though - props to them for doing something different. Just the something they do isn't what i'm into.
Rather see London Elektricity or Reprazent for live dnb than all the wanky rock-star-stylings of pendulum live... |

me? no - biggest crowd I'veever had the priviledge to play for is nowhere near that size.
Of course what any of that has to do with whether I find their music cheesy or good is completely irrelevent. I'm sure Britney Spears would rock a crowd 10 times that size. Doesn't mean i'm any more into her music. Last edited by dj_soo; Jan 03, 07 at 08:16 PM. |

I liked seeing Pendulum live on their stop in Van for the "Hold your color tour" it was really fun, lots of energy. But too many goddamn rewinds. Fuck 2 in a show is the MAx rewind I will tolerate.
They did it alteast 6 - 9 times.... Mix another track in or do somthing different instead. I really like them still. Go Pendulum. Soo I think you are good shit too. We can all get down. Weeeerd! Last edited by Stickybuds~; Jan 03, 07 at 09:15 PM. Reason: I used the wrong form of their.. |

see the videos? They're doing these live-band cock-rock interpretations of their own tunes now as opposed to just DJing. Well done for what it is but imo it's puuuuure cheeze. Last edited by dj_soo; Jan 03, 07 at 09:38 PM. |

i'll take a crowd at fabric consisting of 18-35 ish yr olds opinions more seriously then a bunch of pre-teenie boppers.
Money aside wouldnt you rather rock a crowd at fabric goin off, then Madison Square garden sold out with lil girls. I know i would. |

Is it, dont rock a show of that size in dnb's most respected spot? Or just dont let Dj Soo see it on the internet so he can knock it. |

ah so now your stance has switched from only people who have "rocked a crowd like that" have opinions that matter to "only people that like pendulum" have opinions that matter regarding people's own personal taste in music?
Again thanks for missing the point. |

Set trends dont knock them is all im sayin, like who you like, i could care less but they are as popular as they are for a reason. There are all these peeps out there who hate on Pendulum, but they didnt ask for people to take there music and drag it thru the mainstream(although the fame and money doesnt hurt). You probably dont like it cuz now it seems every1 and their aunty does.
