same thing that happened to discos and acid tests before them.... once the flaily masses became aware of it they came in and spewed their "WE WANNA PARTY TOO" spunk all over it, and the ravers ran away scared, became bitter, took on the nomer "hipster" and instead of being enthused about everything started to become ironic about it all.

I also doubt the city of vancouver would go through the lengths of telling people what to wear when they have a rather permissible attitude and i sincerly doubt that this is an issue since no one goes to wack ass legal parties anymore anyway.

This is what I thought. I tried googling but can't find any evidence of this being true either, there is usually something made available to the public by the city. If there's a link to something can someone post it?
