Nope, sometimes we can just use common sense when making laws....

This is attached to applications for an event. It's quite fair in my opinion for the city to decided that an event they are linked to isn't filled with 14 year old girls dressed like strippers to appease the unquenchable thirst that older weirdos and Marty have for jail bait ass.

how can i email them if thats not a valid city of vancouver email address.

if they do direct me to something to back this up im emailing it directly to the bc civil liberties association. those guys get upset over police siezing booze, the city of vancouver would have a hard time defending this.

besides the fact that you are now going to be missing out on over-sexed girls. why is this such an issue? since the city of vancouver is the ONLY city that legally allows all night/all ages events, why shouldnt they be allowed to police them as they see fit?
