look as for now, this is what im told.
if agro hold supreem over all, then yes this is cancelled.. BUT there are many figured at work for this very party, and one has told me he doesnt think its cancelled. sooooo, sit tight ravers. go about your night as you would and cross your fingers in the morning. -myles

The party IS cancelled. At the moment, arangments are being made to try and compensate those who did buy tickets.

i heard about this half an hour ago and i thought it was a joke. im in shock. this is unbelievable. i just don't understand..... dave and crew, i don't know what to say? you guys did the best you could. this just doesn't add up.

Hey all
I just wanted to say that I hope that this doesn't become a growing trend. I know every effort was made by every person involved with this event to make it happen but without the support of the people it makes it nearly impossible for show to happen. This show had everything that I would wnat to see in a rave with an amazing line-up of talent the whole show as a package put together in a very proffesional and honest approach but no support. I think I speak for all true rave supporters when I say that it is important for everyone not matter if you are involved or not have to start helping out in getting some solid word of mouth out there for all these shows if any of us wish to see great shows again. Dave and Rick I know you did everything in your power to try and get this ship to float and for that I think you not only get my thanks but have also earned my respect. Lets hope that Apex and Summerlove gets more support from the people who want to see this scene prosper and not die out. I hope everyone heading up to Utopia has a good time and I'll see everyone at Apex. Cheers G

i'm, uh, shocked, to say the least. i bought my tkt from an indie retailer, i'm not sure if she'll refund my tkt. especially since i accidentally shortchanged her :soak:
i expect a big :finger: from her. oh well, we'll see.

yeah it kind of makes me ill that the same basic lineup at the plaza will sell out time after time, and such an amazing, likes before rarely seen show put on by someone who really cares wont be able to break even.

Put your money where your mouth is people. This to me is the ultimate statement about the way things are in Vancouver in terms of people not wanting to pay for parties. The fact that line up couldn't sell 2000 plus presales is so hurting.
Respects to AGRO, La Cosa Nostra and Diesle Rave for puting down their hard earned money and investing so many COUNTLESS hours of time to try and make this happen. Honestly I'm blown away that this party isn't going off. I think this really shows a very weak pulse for the scene in Vancouver...
