your perfect crepe recipe?

I've been known to rock a mean crepe susette from time to time. Chaffing dishes aren't common in households these days so I rarely do despite the fact that I could do it in a frying pan.

I can concur that they were nothing short of amazing. My sugar rush (from choice of topping. haha "choice" would imply that i didn't put EVERYTHING on, when I did.) carried me thru the aftn at work :)
