what I usually do is
2 tbsp of sugar
4 of flour
1 egg
and milk to thin

Maybe your flour/milk ratio is off. Google different recipes and cross reference them.

there's a cafe crepe in front of plaza club. I've had the burgers, never the crepes.

Water
Baking Powder
Icing Sugar
Egg
Vanilla
