ya i posted this in the "things that piss you off" thread earlier this morning...

i was pissed cause it blew up this morning at around 730...then it was basically dropped off youtube and various others till i found it on gawk...and i was happy...it was a rollercoster of emotions

nah theres been plenty of cases when hes been equally matched and outmatched and when that happens....he usually retorts the the classic..."THATS IT...CUT HIS MIC OFF!!!!!"

actually letterman is the worst for strongarming his guests around...alot of celebs wont even do lettermans show or, are scared shitless when they have too..

O'Reilly represents all that is wrong with the aging broadcast industry. The guy flaps his jowls at any opportunity without really having a grasp on the issues. People like him get in the way of informed public decisions. Everything is black and white, good and evil, for FOX news isn't it? I don't think they know what critical thought is over there. He's very good at crafting arguments using debased ideological statements wrapped around fear-arousing video nuggets.

The guy has no conception of debate or how to evolve discourses. He just wants to cut mics off and stir the shitpot; Jeremy Glick or Ann Wright anyone?

I'm not just saying this because I sit on the other side of the fence but because there are real conservatives out there who can make an informed argument and this isn't it. He's like the dumber Judge Judy of broadcasting
