ive chosen to live life with a positive attitude so i very rarely have any real negtives in my life nowadys bu here goes;
+i went to a NA dance last night and it was fuckin awessome, TJ hooker ws droppping some seriously filthy house.
+i found out an ex of mine that i treated like shit in addiction is now happily married, im glad shes happy she ws dope and i guess my wierdo ss still compares alot of the people i daate to her, apparently thats common i still feel some guilt tho.
+I've been throwing bales of hay and sweeping up horse shit t a ranch, i work with some cool guys who are also in recovery and its a cool job to have while i look for something else.
+im getting fitter then fuck, now running 3.25 miles in 30 minutes 6 days a week. Im getting back into martial arts and in about 10 weeks im gonna start militry style circuit training by then ill be even faster and stronger.
