+ more sea lions just showed up
+ they're freaking HUGE. well over 1,000 lbs!

+bf got a doggy!!
+he's awesome on leash, loves all dogs, cats, and kids and all people and has basic obiedience training
+rescued him from the pound
+/- he isn't a puppy but hes still only about a year and already trained and is a big baby
+new department at work
+got 60 gallon fish tank all set up and our fish are awesome
+finishing touches on the house all done got everything we need and it looks awesome, so nice to come home to a nice place every day
-had to murder one of the fish and flush him away because he kept biting all the other fish in the tank and was getting way bigger than the rest of them and would probably start eating them
-poor little guy has a cold from having to sleep in the cold weather the past week before we got him
-have to go to work at noon when all i wanna do is play with new doggy

- being on call and kept up with phone calls from 2-4am really sucks
- especially when they're calls that you're really not supposed to be getting

No, I've actually been working towards a different direction, became production team lead and hopefully production manager or something one day. Art directing for a large box retailer kinda eats at your soul a bit. Plus, I wonder if it's considered a conflict of interest because my bf is the art director on Best Buy. im not too sure about the conflict of interest, im sure the company has its own ideas on that.

as for working for BB/FS, it would be a pretty good experience but i think probably not. my good friend is a partner at a very large accounting firm and im working towards taking that direction if i get a chance rather then actually working in industry. but i dont know im kind of in a introspective/soul searching part of my life right now so i dont know how things will ultimately work out.

+Bought some more uniform pieces, and now I am (somewhat more) winter ready to brave these cold eastern winters!
+My parents made it to Japan on standby yesterday, and my sister and I will be joining them soon
-Getting soooo cold across Canada
+Forgot my lunch behind the trolley on the plane, pilots offered to wait for me as I ran back, ground crew offered to give me a ride on their ground car and drove me on the tarmac over to the plane and dropped me off right in front. It was a view/perspective of the Calgary airport I never thought I'd get to see! Fun Ride, found my lunch! Love it when the world cooperates to help make good things happen for me :)
-Credit Card bill will be hefty next month
-Will have to pick up some additional flying, as I refuse to pay interest to banks, ever!

+ dog made my day this morning when he picked up a 4 foot tree branch with tons of twigs and leaves sticking out of it for me to throw for him, which i did and he then proceeded to pick it up again and carry it all the way home even though the twigs were poking him in the face and eyes
+ got gwar tickets!!!!!
- stupid dog wont stay off my leather couches when were not home! little jerk may have to start getting crated or left in the den with the door shut
- have another school course starting monday, making it 3 with 20 hours a week per course work loads when i work full time too

the easiest way to teach them to keep off couches or counters or whatever is to put mousetraps all over it. scares the shit out of them but doesn't hurt them.
