Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren.

Were doing a 40 days of purpose campaign at my church.

Highly recommended if you're interested. :kimmie:

Finally finished the Ender series. Now reading Count Zero by William Gibson. Next up after it is either Mona Lisa Overdrive or The Schroedinger's Cat Trilogy by Robert Anton Wilson.

Heard of that book... on a similiar note someone just put out a documentary called "Super Size Me" where he eats nothing but McDonald's for a month and documents the effects it has on him. It won some awards at Sundance.

And crookedking, I'm reading Storm of Swords right now... good stuff... though I still don't think I could pick out a "main character" yet.

that's the beauty of martin. don't worry you'll have a pretty good idea of who is good and who is bad at the end.

we'll talk about it when you're done.

I just finished "Dragons Winter" by Elizabeth A. Lynn. It was a very strage and unique book. Now i'm currently reading "Dragons bane" by Barbra Hambly, but so far it's not all that great, but it'll tide me over till I get something else.

Which translation? I have a really nice coffie table version called "The Illustrated Art of War" .. very nice.. easy to read too.

Currently reading "Physics for game developers" waahoo what a hoot! :) Just finished a bunch of Terry Prachett... Wee Free men and Science of the Diskworld... wich is a nice companion to A brief history of time and Universe in a nutshell by stephen hawking.

Have any of you read any Greag Egan? prolly my fav author atm.. very interesting hard scifi.

Here's one you'll like, Tim. I just picked up Harlequin by Bernard Cornwell. =)

It's a bit further down the list though, I still have to plug through a couple of Gibson novels and Princess Bride before I hit up that trilogy though.

And Schroedinger's Cat Trilogy is definately before that.
