people i partied with years ago, are now like "hey man there's a good spot, right infront of the dj! and look at all those hotties! elbows out!". before it was more like "ok dude, spread your arms out and spin in a circle. if you don't hit anyone, you're in a good spot."

i don't think the scene's changed at all. i think you guys are just hanging on the wrong end of the party.

Sure the people change.. but you gotta also remember a lot of the ravers follow the 'raver trend'... it's not cool to be kande anymore, remember? and if your a junglist that wears camo.. you've gotta be doing jib!!! And I bet.. more the half the ravers here don't even know wut a jungle brat is?! Barstars were never cool to begin with... Dealers weren't a dime a dozen, but DJs were!

Just everyones perspective on wut a rave should be has changed.. if it went back to how we all knew raves to be.. I'm sure we could go that way... but now ppl are thowing raves for the wrong reasons.. imo.. let alone, some people even go for the wrong reasons!

I dunno... my personal perspectives on raving has changed over the time.. and if it was willing to go back to the way it was.. I'd probably be more interested but for the time being.. I rather stay at home and watch a movie with a beer and a friend.
