Do you think raves should strictly enforce a 16+ age limit?

i feel so hypocritical when i say that 16 year olds cant rave because i started raving when i was 15

personally if 16 year olds dressed a little better i would not mind it once so ever
but i put partial blame on them for the reason why we cannot have cameras at raves. lol. kiddy porn is illegal yes

what one wears to a rave will never change, but eliminating the majority in which wears those outfits may help

either way, i believe that no matter what laws are made, wont make a difference, look how many underage kids go to clubs, i know a few on this board who have ids which permit them to bar hop, same thing is going to happen with raves. An age limit will not keep underagers from attending these events, there is always a loop hole

i definatly think the 16+ rule should be enforced, but I def dont think the bar should be raised to 19. That would change the whole rave idea. I started when I was 17, and im preaty sure 90% of the ppl on this board start raving before they were 19. Dont forget what it was like to be 17 again, most of us wernt that naieve

i startied going to raves a lil over a year ago. and i still dont rave. and yes most of the scene is younger people.. i just don tknow any of them all my friends are older.. and thats fine. nothing wrong with younger kids. just i dont like annoying little girls or boys.. age really doenst even define that though. you'll get annoying kids whereve you go. whether its a bar or a rave with kids that have their freakin parents at them... thats another story i wont get started on

When I first started that's the way it was too. This whole dressing like a whore thing is more of a recent phenomenon.

I think it would be a good idea although alot of the little gaffers would just get fake ID.. but I would imagine if they're sneaky enough to get ID then they're old enough to take care of themselves. But really though you never know these days.

I agree with 90%, but Im sure once you turn 19 you will quicly realize that a good rave is still 100x better than clubbing. Sure there are those amazing night when your out clubbing, but raves are the shit, nothing quite like a great massive :) So enjoy it, im 20 and Id take a rave over clubbing any night of the week :D
