Exactly! I estimate mainstream promotion companies (ourselves included) make 20% of our revenue based on the 14-18 demograph. These kids don't just buy tickets, they also buy more water, glowsticks, etc. Its hard enough to make serious money on raves in Vancouver with all the legislation, rules, regulations, permits, and other expenses the city requires so while it would be nice to have 16+ events for some shows, they would most certainly be of lesser quality, simply because the extra money isn't in the budget anymore.
