The problem with the Simple Life is that it's all about these two girls fucking up. And that's what they're trying to do, intentionally. It's all scripted, staged, etc.. They probably did 18 takes of spaying cake dressing on each other. It's not funny, in the same way when your 7 year old cousin trying to do some half-assed pratfall for your entertainment isn't really funny. You laugh so that the kid doesn't feel bad, but WHO CARES ABOUT THESE TWO RICH GIGGLING CUNTS AND THEIR FEELINGS?!?

on Paris: Do you think its really her features that make her desirable? No. Its her Millions and millions of dollars that everyone wishes they could have. Do you think she is really that stupid? No (at least I hope not). Its most likely some sort of ploy to get people to be entertained by her (eg. see Jessica Simpson-No1 can really be thaaaaaaat stupid), which unfortunately makes the younger generation think that males enjoy crispy blonde bimbos. And makes people think that ruffled mini skirts were ever cool.

on Nicole: Do you ever notice that it is always Nicole doing the funny/entertaining things and that paris is always walking behind her saying "ohh thats hot".

on The Show: Yes, it is entertaing. Yes I do watch it occasionally, but no I do not sit religiously in front of the TV on __________ night counting down the seconds for my show to be on (I save that for OC thursdays)

but the bottom line here is. some people like it, some don't. why is everyone arguing about it?

Ps, just saw 1 minute of the Simple Life 3, OMG SO FUNNY. Paris and Nicole were supposed to get up, but then they were lazy, and they totally didn't get up on time, and then, they were supposed to go get lunches for the workers at the office, but (surprise!) they totally didn't do a good job, and they were walking back with the lunches (FINALLY!) and they dropped them in the road (OMG TOTALLY NOT ON PURPOSE, OOOOPS!) and all the workers were like "yo, where are those two girls who are not famous celebrities with our lunches? I am really peeved at them and not just happy to be enjoying my 30 seconds of fame on this dumb ass show."
