judging by the crowds i can't see from my window, shine isn't exActly the kinda place you need an invite for.
plus, i'm the one who picks/ships the liquor orders for most bars downtown, i can tell how much business each place is doing. shine has picked up with the summer crowds but still, i thought they'd be moving more booze.

I don't get the comment about Vancouver Clubs being too shitty to have dress codes. Most of the fun club nights and shows I've been do in Vancouver didn't, most of the pretentious, meat-markety and all around lame ones I went to did.
