a major fire damaged pretty much, if not all, of my parent's house this morning, and my sister is recovering from smoke inhalation (she was the only one in the house at the time). everyone is ok, but we could use the strength.

thank you EVERYONE for the overwhelming response. I was (understandably) distraught last night... still am quite saddened by it all. and shocked. but VERY appreciative for what we DO still have, each other. And all of you (friends here, and everywhere else).
