sheesh, there's no way kid is gonna be replaced. His radio show is indeed the most-listened in vancouver during the mornings.

There's like parents calling in and quote "ME AND MY KIDS LOVE YOUR SHOW, KID CARSON", why does the show frickin talk about SEX alot? I mean, of course it's somewhat like Sex Ed, but more saucier within the limitations of the station's rules. I mean isn't that a bad influence to children when kid sometimes use bad languages and say terms about the female anatomy?

I rememebr one time kid said he has an announcement to make. That announcement was ROCK BAND, the game. He said it is coming in July EXCLUSIVELY to the Nintendo Wii. But it is bizarre that the ps3 and 360 versions came out in late 07 and far suprerior than the wii counterpart because of it's lack of customization and lack of online play.

I'm sick of the beat, all they play is girl music (dont take it seriously, girls). ugh, chris brown. ugh, rihanna. ugh, high voiced whores....

*im glad i corrected co-host amy beeman about a sketch comedy clip she found and thought it was an actual australian news clip where the dude tells his g/f to get the f[censored] out of my life was real. I told her that the man is a comedian and had a unscripted talk with the morning show hosts, which they did react and didn't expect about the foul language.

This reminds me of the Calvin and Hobbes strip that got pulled from papers years back. In it Calvin fantasies about flying a F-14 and blowing up his school so he doesn't have to go that day.

The argument for banning it being that it's wrong for a kid to fantasize about flying a plane and blowing up a school.

The argument for not banning it, is that what kid hasn't fantasized about flying a plane and blowing up their school?

And I think that this isn't that far off, what kid hasn't had a teacher that they hated and drew crudely drawn pictures depicting them as evil...?

Being sensitive and politically correct is good sometimes, but so is letting kids be kids.

Because kids totally aren't coddled enough in this day & age. They should be encouraged to blame their troubles in schools on their teachers, as opposed to trying to actually work past their problems.

Kids are given too much empathy these days. That's why kids aren't being held back a grade and are being handed out high school diplomas just because they showed up for graduation day. That doesn't devalue the system at all, nosiree.

publically defaming a teacher on air - when that teacher doesnt get a chance to defend themselves is over the line.

and further to what dave said, i know what i put my teachers through - most kids deserve a kick in the teeth.
