heh I am currently using a ZIG Woodcraft marker.... Can be picked up from Michael's arts and crafts store.... Or better yet just make yourself a kiwi mop....


Get a Kiwi Shoe polish bottle that has the foam at the end.... empty the contents and rinse it out.... and use any type of rusto paint and some paint thinner

should be 1/3 paint thinner... 2/3 paint....

I use "on the run" they're really well made and don't cause run down from over use.

I bought a shit load from replay in abbotsford, haven't found them any closer than that yet.

posca markers are the best but they're hard to find in n america.
zigs are popular around here and sharpie has a water-based paint marker now too.
just go to opus or loomis or whatever art supply is closest to you and they'll have something.
i would guess they're at least $7 ea...


if it is for doing custom dunny's, use model or air brush paint (like liquitex) with a quality brush! water-based paint markers are not what you want.

Poster paint sharpies are what I'm lookin' for.

Peeps have used the water based and said they worked.

& it was 3rd on homer, I'm gonna see what they got.

But yeah, I got enough doubles now to try out everything but Liquitex will prob be the way to go.

Think I'm gonna buy an airbrush kit.

Loomis Art Store on Main - you'll find them there

I used to adore meanstreaks but I hardly come across any stores that sell them now.
After F.W.U.H closed down I used to pick them up at Hip hop connection in metrotown but they've closed now as well.

Grandville Island, my dad use to buy me these really neat oil base markers that were amazing and didnt leave any streak lines. Anyways you can find almost anything art related at Grandville Island.

i think i still have so of my markers from fuck what u heard,
way back when lol.
anyone else like the saukaurets? (spel)
try getting two of them, pushing them all the way out, cutting them both down the center, then placing them oposite the other colour,
you get a nifty little two coloured mean streak :)

dunno have you ever considered doing gold leaf?
basically you'd want to make a stencil of the design apply the adhesive and gold leaf and take the stencil off and brush off the remaining excess goldleaf
