LOL. Great story. Though they should have a better ticket pricing source.....and learn that most "e" is not hallucinogenic....and cat tranq does sound cooler than Ketamine..=P I don't know. If they really want to help e users by education.....then supply us with on-site testing kits and 5-htp and orange juice for the mornings after. Sheesh.
P.S. Why would we listen to Rintoul anyways? The testing kits TEST FOR CHEMICALS. What more do you need? Idiots. Last edited by Diamonite; Nov 05, 06 at 02:43 PM. Reason: I did to much extamacy ociffer! |

^^ Supplying testing kits, 5-htp, and orange juice would just promote drug use than stop it...
I think it's better for the users to find out on their own what the harms of these drugs are... that is of course if they're smart - I noticed there are so many people who are clueless about the drugs they take and think that there are no side effects... oh well, this is just a sure way to eliminate all the idiots from society. :p And yeah, I don't really agree how in the article they called ecstasy a hallucinogenic... it's more of a euphoric stimulant than anything else. They need to get their terms correct if they are gonna be educating people like that. |

It was meant as sarcasm. They do take such a horrible approach to all this shit. Appearance to others....rather than actually caring. |

I like the fact that the article is not completely biased, and that they include the fact that some people do go sober...
But I dont think the scene is dying. It's just changing. The genres (dnb, house, trance etc) are being played in nightclubs more and more now. Raves are where all the half dressed underaged kids go and it makes raves seem more dangerous and the people in them seem under-educated about the drugs they are taking. If those cops were to do the same thing in nightclubs, they'd find the older, raved-out club goers that still enjoy the scene and the music but have the knowledge and experience about the drug aspct. Alot more of them sober, or just drunk/ smoking weed. |

I think it sucks that there's not pill testing booths at raves. They had one at Shambhala, and I think that was an awesome idea. E is illegal, no doubt, but for those that choose to do it, we should at least have the option of knowing what the hell it is we're taking.
Also, I don't think there's any judge in Canada that would consider three pills of ecstacy trafficking, especially one that came from an illegal search. |

Easy tickets for possession. Police are blitzing the streets, why not all night events too? |

I've always wondered why they dont have drug dogs present because people put drugs in places that arent visible.
