wishbone, normally I usually head out with my tripod & camera in my backpack, walk to someplace that I either think might have potential as a location or a location I've see as I'm walking home or when I'm out and about. I bought a SILK Pro-340DX compact aluminum magnesium tripod that fits snuggly into my back pack so I can bring my camera & tripod to work pretty frequently. That way I can take a few shots if something catches my eye on the way home.

I gotta get back to the excavation pit and take some more shots, maybe try to get some from the other end. Stay tuned!
