Man you guys ..
Support your team ..Its not like bertuzzi meant to injure him like that ..It looked like he was dropping his stick and stuff to fight him ..and well bert is big so he dropped him in one punch ..definitely dont think he meant to cause the damage he did .. He lost his cool...I just wish he would have saw him face to face before he took that swing ..and none of this would have ever happened. and Bert is one man! canucks still got a good shot .who knows maybe this will be a wake up call to them to get there shit together. |

What Bertuzzi did was unexcusable and the league will undoubtly have no mercy on Bertuzzi.
But one has to question how and why it went that far? If Moore would have stepped up the moment he hit Naslund then he wouldn't be in a hospital right now, it would have been settled that night. But that never happened and the media as well as all the canuck fans called for Moore's head, albeit no one wanted what happen last night. Nonetheless it was building from the moment Naslund got hit, I myself am guilty of wanting to see Moore run hard into the boards, not caring if he got up. Emotions run high in the game of hockey and unfortunately things got out of hand last night. The instigator rule needs to be thrown out, nobody in the league would disagree with that. It would allow players to police themselves instead of having the league step in and having decisions made by a man in a suit rather than the players on the ice. Bertuzzi will be a man and step up to the plate and take it on the chin. He does feel remorse for what he did and I'm sure the canucks organization is supporting Bertuzzi 100% right now. He may not be the most loved in the NHL right now, but he still is among the great players in the league. I hope Moore recovers fully and will be able to return to full form. One could only hope the league and Bertuzzi take a lesson of what happened and not let it repeat itself. Canucks for the CUP! |

i dont understand how he could have broken his neck, with gloves on the hit would have to have been as hard as like a car hittin him.
im pretty sure moore isnt a skinny little man, hes a hockey player and im sure a well built strong man who can sustain alot. i see skinny little REAL wrestlers take on way more presure and weight to their necks. granted the element of surprise was there, i dont think bert's hit did it though, if anything it was the crushing of the dog pile on afterwards. anyways, like its been said, bert will step up to the plate, eat his dinner and all will be settled and forgotten in time. p.s. trevor linden has a nice bum. |

^ it wassn['t the punch that broke his neck it was when bertuzzi and moore fell to the ice with bertuzzi on top.
After they were already on the ice with moore knocked out, everyone else dogpiles on top as stupid as that was. It isn't a hit, it was a punch to the face and 235 pound bertuzzi droppion on top of moore by accident but still dropping on top of him |
