New Orleans is a write-off. If ppl want to steal expensive stereo equipment, playstations and such, then let them. They lost everything that they have and any sort of employment that they may have had... If they sell that shit that they stole, then WOW, they have some $$ so that maybe they can survive a few more weeks, especially once they leave the general area.
When you're in a life and death situation, you dont give a fuck what the law has to say, its all about staying alive and trying to provide for your family in hopes that they survive as well.
Its the violence in the area that is wrong... its sad to see ppl at their worst. That should be the main concern down there, dealing with the acts of violence, not ppl stealing shit.

a lot of poor ppl dont have insurance because they're living paycheck to paycheck... and even if they did, its going to take months for them to receive any sort of money at all. with all the claims that will be made will backlog the system. If you are rich and in this situation, obviously you're gonna be better off than someone that works a crappy minimum wage job.
