But if this whole 'New Orleans descends into anarchy' business is anything to go by, the US has just proven itself totally incapable of dealing with something like a terrorist attack. Where is the command and control? Where is the rapid reaction rescue crews? I mean, they KNEW the hurricane was comming ahead of time! And look at the total chaos! Would the rescue operation and cleanup be this fucked up if someone set off a dirty bomb in San Fransico? Ten times as fucked? Terrorists - look on and take heart, the US is weeeeeeaaaaak and disorganized!
