if you get tired of doin the same cardio routines all the time try taking a class.
Ive started to take spinning classes twice a week. i find it way more fun then just doing the whole treadmill stairmaster stuff. Its a full hour of cardio and i find it way easier to motivate myself cause theres other people with you and the instrcutor yells at you if you start slacking haha (at the place i go to anyways). |

Cardio before weights is good to get you warmed up and loose. Cardio after doing weights burns off Lactic Acid. Lactic acid is what causes your muscles to be sore the next day after working out. I try to do some cardio before then finish it after.

1) one thing you shouldnt do is snack and then have big meals.. or snack for a day and then have big meals... it fucks with your metabolism
-eating properly--3 balanced meals a day (not eating shit loads but enough to fill you up) and making sure you constantly do that... if you eat one big meal a day then you trick your body into thinking that its gonna have to wait for while to get another dose of food.. so your body stores that food as fat to save it..... if you eat at regular times and do this all the time then eventually your body knows that it will get food regularly and it wont need to store food away as fat... eating the right foods is important to.. 2)proper sleep is also important.. on average 7-9 hours per night is plenty for younger aged adults... (try to go to sleep at the same time every night... going to bed at diff times every day screws up your body 3) at the gym i suggest tredmill. stair climber.... an areobics class will be good to... and swimming is also good for you.. 4) all in all following steps 1-3 however you see fit, will help you lose weight or to just be plain healthy. note:i am not a doctor.. these are just things that i have learned with time from people and books |

the fastest way to lose weight is to reduce your caloric intake. if you register on http://www.fitday.com you can keep track of your intake as well as your activities. drink tons of water. at least 3L a day. flavour it with lemon or lime wedges if it's boring. if you want to drink, only drink rum & diet coke or gin & tonic. beer is the anti-christ. start eating salads for dinner. lettuce + veggies + tuna + cheese + low-fat/cal dressing. mmm. don't eat three hours before bed. snack on healthy stuff throughout the day to keep your metabolism up - low-fat/cal yogurt, fruit, veggies, etc. start reading serving sizes. lots of prepackaged foods (which should theoretically be avoided anyway) give serving sizes that are a lot smaller than you'd think. every time you feel hungry drink a glass of water, wait 20 minutes, and then if you're still hungry go eat. a lot of the time we confuse thirst with hunger. you probably hate cv, but there's a bunch of girls on there who've started a weight-loss tips & support group, check it out - http://www.clubvibes.com/forum/topic324854.html shop around the grocery store. that's where they keep the fresh stuff, the middle aisles are packed with high-cal food. and yeah, lots and lots of cardio. |

I have spend a lot of my earlier life playign around with weight and watching others play around with weight.
The KEY is YOU HAVE TO WANT TO and I MEAN REALLY WANT TO. No I wanna loose weight try some little things then just whatever. You must change your life. PM if you want some tips. |
