In the case of a child, the guarantor must have known the applicant (parent or legal guardian) personally for at least two years and have knowledge of the child.

my guarantor was our family friend/softball coach who is a CA

maybe i am a tool but i thought everyone had access to a notary public
?
i had to go there even though i had a dentist

i could be wrong, but i think this problem is very fixable?

yes, i CAN go to a notary, thats how i got my forms signed (lieu of guarantor) because i didn't have anyone.

no lawyer, no ca, no cga, nothing.

My boyfriend was in the same boat..luckily my best friends parents are both principles are were willing to sign for him (even though they have only met him 3 times in 4 years)
