anxiety
I have been sick for the past week and as a result have not been able to go to the gym,because of that I have been having hardcore anxiety especially at night when Im trying to sleep. My mind just WONT shut off. Ive tried taking t3's and gravol and even cough syrup and none of it knocks me out. It makes me sleepy but i still cant relax and sleep.
I have gotten 8 hours of sleep in the past 2 days and I am ready to gouge my fucking eyes out they are burning soooooooooo bad.:evil: |

i love how everybody always razzes on goddessa and then when she has trouble sleeping....
POW! everybody's giving her tips on how to have a good night's sleep. makes me feel as though we're in a peaceful community. except for that vallarian root, sounds like some sort of poison. don't take that stuff! |

ive tried using calcium, i had anxiety issues when i was a teenager and was prescribed sedatives to help me sleep but i really dislike prescription drugs. Ill try Valerian root.
funny that my name is Valerie and Im going to take Valerian root. lol's! |

^im not looking for therapy, i am not asking for advice but venting about my inability to sleep.
That rebuttal might work if I rambled on about how I cant get laid and how much women hate me or how my ex is dating a coke head that treats her like shit and i still want a piece of the pie. |

you're anxious and can't sleep _because_ you're not exercising.
get yourself a really good sweat on for at least 45 minutes doing whatever you can do to exercise and you'll feel better almost instantly (in my experience) and sleep WAY better. I know when i get super stressed out all i basically want to do is sit on the couch and be a total marshmellow, but i never ever regret getting myself to workout because it always does the trick :) you might also want to monitor your intake of refined carbs, sugars, caffiene, etc. and try to eat more leafy green veggies, whole grains, etc. Take a vitamin b suppliment as well! |
