+1 they are issued from the bcldb and can be obtained at any govt liquor store http://bcliquorstores.com/en/customerservice/licences What is a Special Occasion Licence? A Special Occasion Licence (SOL) permits you to serve, sell and consume alcohol at your special event, celebration or community festival. Licences are regulated by the Liquor Control & Licensing Branch, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, and issued by the Liquor Distribution Branch. When you apply for a SOL, you agree to be responsible for the safety and sobriety of your guests. A complete copy of the laws that govern this licence can be found at: http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/lclb/appli...l/applying.htm. Planning to serve or sell beverage alcohol at a special event (e.g. wedding, banquet, club function, charitable event or community festival)? Whether you're hosting a private or public event, plan on being a responsible host. How do I apply for a Special Occasion Licence (SOL)? Please visit the BC Liquor Store nearest you for an application form. To fill out the form you will need the following: Date and address of your event; Copies of your Serving it Right certificate (any other paid or unpaid managers and all paid servers must obtain a Serving it Right certificate by the date of the event); Number of people you expect to attend; Hours you intend to operate; Amount of alcohol you estimate will be required or sold; Local government and/or police department approval, if applicable. Return the SOL application form, licence fee and any attachments to the BC Liquor Store manager. It is strongly recommended you apply at least one month in advance of your event (see page 8 for more information on Serving It Right). |

even the current raves illegal or not are attracting the same group of people.
To even think about attending one of these parties now would be considered a huge waste of time. I wont see the type of stuff I saw 9+ years ago, before our scene was filled with gangsters and wigger rejects. |

drugs are so 90s.
the new fad is herb tea and amino acid cocktails. though, the cocktails seem to be at boxing matches at the croatian cultural centre. i have an idea tho:idea: let's look for herbal analogs for chemicals and party. lemme see, rhodiola substituted for stimulants and narcotics, kava kava root from a metaphysical shop in Surrey boiled in a tea and spiked with Equal for booze, and protein shakes made with hemp protein powder and goatsmilk. sadly though, everyone wants a shortcut to Hedonia. well too bad, PLUR needs more herbs, less chemicals. |

there will be still after hours, and plus the after hours is not a big thing on this subject; its all the clubs that allow peeps to party or to mingo out side of the doors after closing; most of the peeps hanging out there are drunk and think diffrent head waves. so get a positive and another positive beside each other and nothing happens well maybe but under the covers after; but get a positive and a negitive beside each other and boom they colide and rage sparks happens.
but after hours most people are okay cuase they are fucked up on e or they are just chillian for the music; and most music at after hours are speed garage and techno and house. see there are no gang-banging hip hop or hard metal. so the peeps moods there are nice and come and relaxed. get my drift |
