i want my kid to have blonde hair... i bumped into an asian lady the other day holding a blonde baby and i had to talk to her. she told me her first 4 kids turned out with brown hair...and that was her 5th baby. i dont know if can do that... eekz.

^^ My cousin was born w/light blonde hair. As he's grown older though, it's turned brown.... He looks pretty white though. No one ever believes we're true cousins. His brother, on the other hand, was born w/dark brown hair and you can tell that he's a hybrid.

bebu*funfun and starberry, my entire generation in my family is mixed, but we do not all look the same. Some of my cousins look like 90% asian, while others like maybe 10% tops. I'm probably 50/50 down the line. A lot of white people can see that I'm asian, but a lot of asian people don't see it. I'm in limbo...
The only disheartening part about it is that there is a stronger likelihood that the majority of my generation will probably end up with non-asian partners, which means that within a generation our family will have very little connection to their asian sides.
