This is my site i created 4 days ago. There was supposed to be more election material up this weekend but i got bogged down with things to do. So instead i'm going to focus on post-election analysis as it comes in over the next few weeks. Click on Music at the top and it has some mixes from various djs, event listings, and soon, interviews and DNB highlights.

It's pretty much in "beta" mode as i think up more content and work out the organization. The event lisings don't really fit in the blog format as it says the day it was posted which could confuse people with the actual date of the show. nice site, you do the writing? as for the thought on there that we're in for a radical change in social policy on the conservatives part, i think the slimness of their majority, and the fact that the three opposition parties are much closer toegether on social issues than any of them are with the conservatives will mean that any radical changes (women's right to choose, for example) are off the table. the conservatives may go ahead with a vote on same-sex marriage, as constitutionally dicey as that is at this point, and only if it's not a confidence motion, but judging from the make up of the house they'd probably lose anyways. with the bloc and the ndp strong supporters, and the one conservatice who would vote yes, and the independent guy is yes too i think, they'd only need 72 liberals to defeat and revisitation of the issue.
