the spicy seafood instant package noodle in the big red wrapping.. (thick noodles)
1 egg some sesame oil directions: you take the bag and mash it up with your fist using all your pent up anger (ok, not too much or you might bust the bag and have a mess....) crunch it all up untill its.. crumbly. add it to a pot with as little water as possible and with all the msg and spicy powder goodness (just enough water to cook the noodles in, and not make soup, you can add more as you go) cook untill tender, and its a big noodle-pieced mess add the egg. cook untill done scoop out and mix with a little bit of sesame oil mix and enjoy. mmmmm..... |

2 out of the 3 recipes are for instant food....
I'd share my recipes but I only use them for a reference, I pretty much just make stuff by taste and memory and hope it turns out- which it usually does because I slay the Kitchen so bad that I even make my mom jealous. |

You need a pot or heat resistant Pyrex bowl, one which is suitable for use in the oven.
cast iron skillet or similar cooking utensil. Coffee filters or old tea towel or other comparable fine sive. 2 bowls isopropyl alcohol, look for alcohol that is 99% pure, denatured alcohol also works well. Take 1 filter, and place your marijuana in it. Pour the alcohol over the marijuana in the coffee filter so that the alcohol drains into one of the bowls. Squeeze every bit of the alcohol from the marijuana into the bowl. Now transfer the same marijuana into a clean filter, use the same alcohol to pour over it again into the second bowl. Keep repeating this procedure over and over again. If you have a problem with the coffee filters breaking apart while you are squeezing the marijuana, use 2 or 3 coffee filters at a time or a stronger filter eg a tea towel.. The alcohol will turn green as it leaches out the active ingredients. Next, take the iron skillet or frying pan set it on the stove, pour the porcelain pot into the skillet or frying pan. Fill the skillet with water. The water keeps the alcohol cool and helps prevent the alcohol overheating and catching alight. Let the alcohol in the porcelain pot in the skillet simmer on LOW. Make sure the pan remains full of water. The alcohol will evaporate quickly. Make sure you do not let it evaporate too quickly or burn the alcohol. The water should evaporate after the alcohol.Alcohol is extremely flammable. Once the alcohol and water has been evaporated off, you will be left with hash oil. Take a blade and scrape it up of the pan. Make sure you get all of the small amount of oil. The result is a thick black oil made from hash. |

- Cook 2 breasts (4 halves) diced chicken & 2 minced garlic cloves over oil on medium
- Add 1/3 cup Sherry (red wine works as well) and 1/3 cup soy sauce - cover and simmer on low for 5 mins, stirring around the halfway point - drain liquids into a bowl - add 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp honey, grate in about a tsp worth of ginger root. Stir for consistency - add the amount, stir over med/low till it thickens I can't cook worth a shit, but this teryaki recipe convinces people I can. |

Lauren's amazing spinach dip!
3 packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed...) 1 cup low fat mayo 1 cup sour cream 2 packages of knorr veggie soup mix 1/2 cup of chopped artichoke 1 cup of red onions 1 cup green peppers 1 cup of red peppers 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper Mix together and let it sit for atleast 2 hours. This dip is not very creamy (because I don't really like creamy) so if you prefer, add more mayo and sourcream. ENJOY!! Extreme Banana Bread 1 cup margarine, softened 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 4 eggs 8 bananas, mashed 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups of whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 tsp salt Cream eggs, margarine, sugar, salt, vanilla, banana 's into a large bowl. Slowly add flour and baking soda. Do not over mix. Add chocolate chips. I use little throw away baking pan things from the dollar store (3 in a package) Divide batter evenly and put on a pan. Bake at 350 for 20-35 mins! Spinach and feta salad <--one of my best inventions! (serves 4) 1/2-1 package of ready to eat spinach 2 apples (chopped) 1 pear (chopped) 1/2 cup of feta 1/2 red onion (sliced) 2 tablespoons of walnuts "Renee's poppyseed dressing" to taste. YUM! Potatoe and Sausage soup 1 pound Italian Sausage Roll 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 can sodium-free chicken broth 8 "new potatoes" skin on 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 bunch fresh kale, washed, chopped into pieces In soup pot, crumble and brown sausage with olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 3-4 minutes longer. Add salt, peppers, broth, potatoes and parsley. Bring to boil and immediately turn down to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes add kale. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. |
