Apex Project 2008

I want to start by saying, this is a really sad day for me. After working so hard on something, and having to come back and say it is no longer, breaks my heart.

You are a smart bunch and with the announcement of Summer Break, this was the inevitable.

We have known for several months that we would be without a venue. We have searched high and low, we even considered going as far away as Kelowna or Merritt for the festival. But unfortunately, for you guys, we didn't think this kept with the whole giving back theme. We have been asked by Popkum for a break, unfortunately we have no other option.

We are still hoping that within the next week that something will change. And if it does, you will all be the first to know. But for now, with great sadness, all I can say is see you next year. Watch out, cause we will be back with a vengeance.

what about the chilliwack heritage farm thing? that giant red thing spooky was held in? have a couple of outdoor tents to accomodate more stages... have a little higher ticket price (i'm sure if it's quality, people will pay) and ... yeah?!??!

thanks lawrence. we tried that. but in the summer they have a tonne of horse shows and the horses get spooked by the music. they want us back, but for now we cant use that venue.

if anyone has a venue - we will hook you up if you hook us up. :P
