I am the only Administrative Assistant in my office, I created my own position, and now I am moving more and more everyday into the design department. (Which, when I transfer, regaurdless of where, is what I will be doing...)I do admin some days, design some days. I work as a Junior Graphic Designer billing 120$ an hour, my supervisor is the Creative Director for the entire US.

last week i talked to nasa engineers it doesn't make me a rocket scientist.
my time gets billed to customers at $250/h with a 1/2 hour minimum, it doesn't mean i don't make my base salary 99% of the time.
when i wrote some copy for a brochure it doesnt mean im also a technical writer.

lots of 19 year olds are secretaries that's no shame.
but don't act like you have an awesome crazy job when on this board we've all seen the money drama you've had.
