If you got out of that that I am going to raid you in the middle of the night and beat your ass down... well apparently we speak the different language, I guess that's the difference between Toronto and Vancouver.
Needless to say, I'm thankful that you're not at any shows here, don't have to deal with someone as obtuse as you. And Diva is a very well mannered chick, and that "insult" you just suggested just shows even more that you're shooting out of your ass when it comes to judging people. By the way, she was the one that suggested your spelling is lacking in this thread. |

This one time I was at a rave in Toronto and I walked into the Jungle room and it was full of huge and angry looking black guys. This one guy almost made me pee my pants because he was wearing yellow contacts and when he smiled he has razor sharp teeth. It was like I was in the Thriller music video. And no, I wasn't high or anything like that. Booooooooo.

As for your cheating comment, who really CARES what other people are doing? If your career choice requires that you have a degree, DO IT. The people who cheat their way through school miss out on a ton of education that they will possibly need in their career, and therefore will most likely not do as well in the end as those who got their degrees honestly. I could move up in my field without a degree. Lots of people do it. But having a degree will give me the leg-up on people I may be competing with - it will provide me with more knowledge, more skill, and show that I want it more than the rest of the pack because I put in the extra time and effort to get my degree, and went the extra mile I didn't HAVE to go. |

Secondly, you'd probably lose your job if your employer knew you had discussed your salary with anyone other than your supervisor. Thirdly, I would recommend you do a little maturing before you try opening your own business. If you were to take 1/1000th of the amount of attitude you've taken on this board with your customers, you'd lose your business before even hanging that business licence on the wall. You say that you don't act the same online as in person. Why not? I have not read a single post of yours outside of this thread and I'm baffled. Why on Earth would someone want to be offensive, rude and all-around ignorant if that is not who they really are? It doesn't make sense. We all know it's hard to admit we were wrong, and clearly saying "I'm sorry" is not your strong point, so how about you just stop making rude posts, going on the defensive every time someone disagrees with you, etc. and show us all who you REALLY are? You don't have to say anything else, just leave it for a day and come back as yourself, not some fake internet persona, ok? |

the city is not what makes a party. It's the vibe YOU bring. basically any party has the potential to be fun; as long as you're not a boring wallflower, or jaded sour-puss. as someone who's spent most his life in a small northwestern b.c. logging community... I've learned to make the best of what I got. Some of you city kids are fucked Last edited by -evil-duerr-; Mar 06, 07 at 10:26 AM. |

Hey Im not saying that Ive never enjoyed any of the parties Ive been to! But Toronto , being one of those bigger cities , we have a fair mix of really good events and really shitty events. And sometimes it has to do with the people in the city. There's a handful of ppl that attend these shows out here for all the wrong reasons , and it ruins it for everyone.
Yes , some of the city kids here are fucked. |
