You haven't really done anything note worthy in this city and you're already digging yourself quite a deep hole. Ultimately, I'd be careful what I said on this board. you are not selling any tickets through a recognized outlet. if your show were to, not happen. or a dj didnt show, or the venue fell through....

what would you do about ticket refunds?

The last thing that Keoki wants to talk about is Party Monster, let alone Michael Alig and the old Party Kids of NYC, if you bring this up he will leave.

I had the opportunity of hanging out with Keoki when PH1.ca brought him out to play at the OLD-Sonar and again during Agroculture's Kiss Rave @ the Plaza of Nations; I still keep in touch with Keoki.

Many of the members on the message board have one way or another contributed with organization & promotion of a party/rave/afterparty/clubnight. We have all given you our years of experiences of opinions on what works and what doesn't. We've all worked with the venue managers, the booking managers and agents that represent these performers.

There are a lot of influential people still involved in this scene that care about it and we don't need people like you pushing us backwards.

your advice isn't necessary...what on earth would make you think we were going to speak to keoki about alig or party monster?? what part of CRASH W/ KEOKI + BETTI FORDE, DREW WILLIS, + GUESTS didn't you understand?? we love keoki for reasons aside from party monster obviously..and if you'd like to have a chat with him again, spend some good ol' times, then hook it up!!!! please don't put words in my mouth...having a showing of the movies 2 weeks prior to Keoki's arrival is unrelated to his performance at a totally different venue, on totally different pre-tenses and thematic back drops than exist anywhere in the realm of "Party Monster..." k??

you guys chose the best name for the party though... "Crash"... because thats simply what its going to be all about. You clearly don't know what type of crowd keoki draws the attention to now days. If this event would of been held out celebrities, it would of been sold out months in advanced... even any of the clubs on the granville strip... I don't care who you know or what you know over at the balmoral... Your not even going to break even on this event given the location and shitty promotion. I have yet to see ANY flyers around town in regards to your event.... Other then the fact of random facebook invites (which are pur lolz). I just feel damn sorry for your whores that are going to have to literally work there ass off overtime on the corner at main or carall.
