jim, as well as everyone else in this thread, is in the industry and has valid points on how to make DJ's and promoters work together to put on an amazing show for the rest of us. if you can put your 2 cents in about this topic, so can everyone else. |

Ive kept alot of petty conflict off the boards, but when you have a someone taking advantage of yourself and others... I strongly think there should be an alert and awarness about it. Im sure there are alot of DJ's including myself who have learned alot brining the topic to discution. Unfortuntly alot of detailed information got draged in that didnt need to be publicly known. Keep in mind alot of business ppl try to resolve problems before it has the chance to become public. Attila simply ignored and avoided this issue. Last edited by Ree Fresh; Apr 19, 06 at 08:18 PM. |

This has been proven time and time again. With business practices such as evolves, there will be no room for them to move once the well runs dry. Take AGROculture, prime example of how to properly operate. Early on they catered to a very young demographic. Through proper business practices and a good moral of ethic, Dave has been able to survive quite succesfully in an otherwise cut throat/fly by night industry. The Same could be said for Azim and the rest of them at Twisted. That core demographic that was once so HOT has run dry. Without a proper line of ethics drawn he too would have fallen to the waste side. Instead a good working relationship with talent and various others in the industry has allowed his company to flourish in various directions. Could the same be said for Atilla? Hardly, with unethical business practices and limited amount of dried up so called "TALENT", he'll have no room to expand and will eventually have no where left to go but away. I can say right now that by keeping such practices no nightclub (save the boonies) would even consider doing any sort of business with such an individual. |
